    you can say it sounds "old" but good, but dusty or dated are negative terms. i mean when someone brings up some 80s album people tell him its "dust" not because its old but because it sounds like s---

    Or you could literally think something sounds dated. Doesn't mean you dislike the music for that reason.

    This is why when i say i dont like 36 Chambers i tell you i dont like it.

    Yea i say that its dusty aswell but thats only because im describing the music

    Also the dust of 36 Chambers isnt a good kind of dust. It aged BADLY

    Dust can be used both positively or negatively. You can say that its dusty but aged well, or you can it didnt age well.
