    I said Em was technically a better rapper, but he doesn't make better music. Thats how I view it yeah I don't think tech 9 is a better rapper than pac because not only does content matter but so does flow and tech 9 just raps fast, I don't listen to him tho so I couldn't tell you

    I don't even necessarily disagree with you're opinion on Emvs Ye as much as I disagree on your logic that we should never call Kanye a better rapper than Em (terms the op was using and most people use in real life)

    When I say I put Jay Z on my 'top 5 rappers DOA' , I know that Big Pun was a better lyricist but I still call Jay a top5 rapper because he makes better rap music

    tech n9ne is trash , besides rhyming and using a fast tempo he does nothing

    no clever lines and is not interesting at all

    even when eminem releases some trash you will still listen at least once to that cuz you know he has that something that makes him interesting

    jay is actually better overall than pun ,
    pun only has pretty much rhyming over jay
    jay has the better flow , wordplay , mic presence , features

    Yeah thats fine I think Jay Z is top 5 rap Artist OAT I also think he top 10 technically speaking I just think thought is better and incredibly underrated, mostly because he aint rolling solo. It's whatever like I said we need to make the distinction because many people still classify artists like Kanye out of the top 20 lists and its bs.

    Which shows at the end of the day what you think makes a better technical rapper can be ambiguous , I think Pun was the most gifted at pure rapping ever
