its cause everyone thinks im angry and agressive. like f--- i just wanted to come here and point out some obvious flaws in this "objectively factual and definitive" case against ---. now im being called a defender of --- and all this s---. like i dont fucken care if these guys beleive me or not follow --- into his bizarre marketing plan i dont fucken care was just trying to spread knowledge through the world and now these f--s getting defensive and charging up their cognitive dissonance to super saiyan 4 while doomsday prepping for a verbal argument with me. im not even arguing there is 0 proof of this s--- but --- fans too dumb just eat it up.

how can i prove them?
well --- is walking free and able to perform live shows. that would show that the judge/court deemed he was not a threat to public safety (precedent would have been set before, meaning if he did as the transcripts apparently say, he'd be denied bail)

now there is proof he wasn't denied bail.

could you please post some proof that public has access to these court transcripts? proof that what his girl said was real? proof that any of these sites actually got the transcript? proof i am mad? proof you arent mad?

X being free doesn't mean s--- he got bailed out. When you sign a bail bond all you have to do is show up to the given court date. You can still perform, just get your a--- back to court when it's time.

Ummm he's on bail.

They arent court documents, anyone can get a hold of them if the girl is the one who wrote or told this story.

My point is IF he's guilty, it's f--- him. Not hard to get.

i dont think you understand the legal system properly...
if you are denied bail, it is because you are a threat to public safety (being "mentally unstable" and being accused of committing sexual assault, assault, torture(?) etc is enough to deem someone a threat to public safety or at the very least, a threat to themself and a trip to involuntary care)
the fact --- can perform shows and is out on bail, would mean the judge has deemed him not a threat to public safety. (the accusations in the transcript would have been deemed inconclusive evidence for this to occur).

ok, if anyone can get those documents why arent they anywhere? why did the hip hop sites just "quote" them instead of actually just posting it for people to hear/read if they are so accessible?

some court documents are also considered sensitive information and have names or certain details omitted from transcripts when released to public. some as far as never being released to public under special circumstances.

yes if thats your point ok, my point is hes likely innocent or at the very least, mostly innocent. dunno wtf that other stuff you said is bout tho, i'm just making sure you understand the legal system a bit better i rly dont care whether you like --- or not.

@Vouchers and @Ben i know you two cuties soft like flowers so i understand, but arguing is good for your health . its discussion and it promotes intelligence growth because 2 parties are expressing their ideas and explaining them.
