    this. especially if you're starting out. you can try to replicate flows that you like. if you hear a cool flow, try writing a couple bars to that flow, and practice rapping to the,. after you're comfortable with the rhythm, try freestyling with that flow.

    i think that if you can freestyle flows off the top, that shows how good your flow really is

    Yeah this is actually the best way, like I don't ever sit down put on a beat and freestyle but In my head I always freestyle, in the shower, while im cooking something etc. I don't know if its ADD or what but I've actually come up with some hard one liners doing that s---

    honestly you just gotta keep writing, experimenting with flowing, and rehearse your rhymes until it reaches perfection before. you cant expect to get s--- right on the first take on some NY State of Mind s---

    Also I don't know if I'd call it covering but mastering other rappers verses is s--- I did since I first got into music I'm sure it somehow helped subconsciously whether it was identifying flow or rhyming etc, it can't hurt

    What does that mean, look at earl or doom or even f---ing kanye

    Alright fine you got kanye, Let me put in Joey and Vince. With earl thats 3 top rappers rn that just started diving into melodies, I mean vince can kinda sing now but thats it. My point is you can have a s--- voice to start, we all do but its how you grow from there
