Eminem 'No Favors' verse is indefensible

    My "highly credible source" tells me that Eminem practically begged Big Sean to be on the album and Big Sean felt bad and finally gave in

    The random words thing is what I hate the most. Like in Brainless when he goes into that stupid "a doorhinge, syringe, wrench, ninja sword" random nonsense. It's incredibly lazy and not impressive at all.

    What makes things worse here is with just the title "No Favors" he should have been able to come up with a topic that fits. I'm usually defending his verses and I actually enjoy Campaign Speech, but this verse is really bad. No effort was put into it at all.

    At least in Brainless he offers SOME context for the mouth diarrhea, being that as a kid his head was full of random s--- or whatever. This verse is like something an Eminem fan would write

    I'm watching some Youtube reaction videos to the song, Em's verse getting a lot of praise. I guess casual Eminem listener won't mind this cause they haven't gotten fed up with it.

    For someone that's in the studio 24 hours a day wtf is he doing in there? You'd think he'd have something a bit better than a freestyle verse lying around for a guest spot. Seriously wtf is he doing in there?

    How come his vocals sound like they put no processing or effects or anything on them. After the perfect mastering of Sean's verse he comes in with his goblin a--- voice sounding like he's sitting in a closet recording

    That doesn't follow unless he's specifically attacking trump on that basis. He didn't criticize either, he just insulted him personally and mentioned trump's brand. Which makes it seem like he attacked trump more because of his celebrity status than anything else. I think people are taking too much from the trump reference.

    O.P is right the verse is indefensible

    The verse has zero replay value sounds very, very poor

    Had a feeling we were gonna get the horrible rappity rap usual type feature from that everybody hates

    But was really hoping to get a great and classic feature from him like we got on Talk To Me, Die Hard, Syllables, Drama Setter, Welcome To D-Block, Black Cotton. But I knew this wouldn't happen and we would get the crappy verse he gave to Big Sean

    Perfectly summed it up BC.
    I don't understand how people are praising it. Lyrically it's good, but it doesn't sound good in the slightest nor does it add anything to an otherwise decent song.
    Every time I start to like you to an extent, you go ahead and say something like this smh.
