    theres a lot of proof in this thread and on all over the net, idk what else to say. Guy was aware and he kept performing plus he always encouraged this behavior.

    Amateur hour. Puffy once organized a concert that ended in a stampede. A few people died in that one. But that was like 30 years ago and it was a smaller event. A music festival needs adequate security and cops. Rolling Loud happened near me and the cops had that place locked down for the most part (there were some scuffles). It’s the same young, idiotic and high fanbase. Cops were in the concert area, outside of it and had cars up and down the avenues leading to Citi Field. They were patrolling the nearby shopping centers knowing those kids were roaming around.
