Jan 17, 2016 That's a clutch pass, but the one against the Lions was a vintage Hail Mary pass. For every clutch pass you find of Aaron, I can find 20 for Brady
Jan 17, 2016 I'll just end this debate real quick. Tom Brady's 4th Quarter against Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl 49 13 of 15 for 124 yards and 2 TDs Aaron Rodgers full game performance against Seattle Seahawks in NFC Title Game 19 of 34 for 178 yards 1 TD and 2 INTs CLASS DISMISSED.
Jan 17, 2016 you came in here talking about Rodgers being clutch after the hail mary and even stated that the two hail mary's are "clutch". I'm not disagreeing that he makes clutch plays but you can't say those hail mary's are and you can't say he's more clutch than Brady. thats it
Jan 17, 2016 Don't forget Rodgers is also the greatest qb of all time now too. Never knew throwing a couple hail Mary's made you the best of the best. Idk if I'd even rank Rodgers in the top 10 of all time right now
Jan 17, 2016 This was a WAY more clutch throw than if Tom Brady nailed the Hail Mary to Gronk in the Super Bowl.
Jan 17, 2016 Look, I respect Rodgers, he's a great talent, and right now, him and Brady are the two tops. But, lol, how can ANYONE pick Rodgers over Brady in the clutch? Manning and Big Ben are the only QB's I could put on that level from this generation.
Jan 17, 2016 Not top 10??? statistically speaking only really manning and Brady are close... I know stats aren't everything but come on... Based on his unreal stats alone he's top 5. Who would your list of top 10 be?
Jan 17, 2016 My top 6? Brady Montana Elway Manning Marino Rodgers Although I might put Rodgers over Marino... But no way he's touching my top 4.
Jan 17, 2016 I will say this, Aaron Rodgers blows Favre out of the f---ing water. Thank God nobody's arguing for him over Aaron.
Jan 17, 2016 Pretty much agree with all that but I put Brady and Montana as pretty much 1A and 1B right now. If Brady wins it this year tho that debate will be over once and for all. I feel as though manning and elway are also swappable but i won't argue against your order. Still would like to see the guy who "dosent know if Rodgers is top 10"s list
Jan 17, 2016 See, Brady vs Montana is a great debate, but I'd choose Brady, not just because of my allegiance to the Pats though. I've seen Brady do it with just about all different types of talent. Everyone looks at his two MVP years as his most impressive, but not to me. His most impressive years, to me, were 2006 and 2013. Two years where the talent at receiver and tight end were awful. Yet, the guy goes into San Diego in the 2006 playoffs, against a top rated defense, with Reche f---ing Caldwell and Jabaar Gaffney, and leads two huge, clutch drives for the win. And 2013? He loses Welker, Hernandez and Gronk, and the entire season was made up of clutch performances by Brady, leading Dobson, Boyce, and Thompkins all the way to an AFC Title Game. That's what separates him, to me. When he has weapons? He's nearly unstoppable. But, even with average or below average receivers, he STILL keeps it close, and still manages to pull off some crazy miracle s--- and wins.
Jan 17, 2016 I think you just convinced me that Tommy is #1 all time. Everything you just stated is undeniable, and what he did in 2013 was god like. Joe Cool was f---ing amazing too tho going 4-0 in SuperBowls. If someone held a gun to my head after reading your post I'm probably going with: Brady Montana Manning Elway Rodgers Marino As my top 6.
Jan 17, 2016 I mean look at the Philly game this year. We're losing 35-14 in the 4th with like 6 minutes to go. No Rob Gronkowski, no Julian Edelman. We lost 35-28, and Brady threw some lasers, but the Pats WR's had some big drops on the last drive.
