the outcomes of the games is what's thrown me off, none of these games have been close so by the 3rd quarter, there's no point in even watching

Gonna be really really really tough to take 2 from GS @ Oracle. Like you said they really haven't hit their stride all series so Cleveland might be in trouble.

I really have no idea what to expect. Could be a classic game or a blowout for either team. All I know is I'm going to my dad's early so I can be home in time to watch every second.

Bro that's the most clutch shot of all time you can't convince me otherwise. They literally started roping the sideline off and brought the trophy down. Shuttlesworth wasn't having any of that though.

bosh came up big on that board too, thats why even tho he only got 0 points in game 7 after this, he had a hall pass for life. i always loved bosh the most, being the ex-raptor and all.

that whole run of the heat being down double digits, lebron losing his headband and then going possessed to bring them back within 3 was unreal too.

Hopefully for the NBA's sake, Sunday's game is close at least until early in the 4th.

I think it'll be fairly low scoring, at least by these teams' standards, something like 102 91 maybe. I don't know..I'll give a official prediction before the game, gotta think bout it some more. I'm thinking back to the Lakers/Celtics game 7 in 2010 and how it seemed like every basket was hard to come by, every single possession felt so huge and players were being real physical and energetic.

There's likely gonna be at least 1 or 2 good or better players that flat out disappear and do hardly anything, if anything. Kevin Love seems like a fairly obvious choice even though he did have a couple decent stretches last game, on the road I think will be different though. But then also someone like Klay, Green, Curry or maybe even Kyrie will have an off game too I think. I'd bet against it being Klay or Kyrie cuz they both step up on the big stage imo. I don't expect it to be Bron and even if he has an 'off game' it would basically just mean he's probably being less aggressive but he'd still have 20, 9 and 8 or something like that.

Can't wait man, gonna be crazy. Wish I was rich so I could go to this game lol, once in a lifetime type s---. The storyline here is amazing too.

That's always been my major gripe with LeBron. He waits until the last possible second to play possessed, which he obviously did in this series as well.

Interesting take from Woj today. Says LeBron could walk if they win the title this year.

LeBron James will be a free agent again this offseason and Adrian Wojnarowski suggests he could consider leaving the Cleveland Cavaliers this offseason should they win a title.

James has been on a series of one-plus-one contracts since returning to the Cavaliers in 2014.

"One more victory, one more magnificent night at Oracle Arena, and James will get to run off with his buddies again somewhere warm. Miami. Los Angeles. Wherever," writes Wojnarowski.

Both the Miami Heat and Los Angeles Lakers either have the cap space or can create the space to sign him to a significant contract in free agency. The Los Angeles Clippers could conceivably offer a package built around Blake Griffin.

"There’s a restlessness about James that craves the next big move, the next power play," continues Wojnarowski. "Franchises are on watch again, believing nothing’s forever in Northeast Ohio. Sooner or later, there’s a belief that James comes into play again, a line of thinking that his inner circle has done nothing to dissuade. As for James himself, well, he has gone so far as to publicly describe an end-of-career scenario that doesn’t include Cleveland.

"Part of it, yes, along with those one-year contracts, is a way to mess with owner Dan Gilbert. James has great fondness for coach Ty Lue and respect for general manager David Griffin, but he’ll never embrace Gilbert – only perform despite him.

"Yes, James could come back to Cleveland and defend a potential Cavaliers title in 2017 and proceed to join the run of superstar pals in free agency: Chris Paul and Kevin Durant. They can wait one more year for Carmelo Anthony in 2018. Or, Golden State wins Game 7, and maybe James gives Cleveland the championship in 2017 – and makes his move then.

"Cleveland can’t hold him to his Sports Illustrated letter, his promises of becoming something noble and lasting. It wanted a title, and he’s close to delivering one. James becomes untouchable with a Cavaliers title. Fifty-two years without a pro sports championship here, and Cleveland can only tell him: Thank you, and goodbye again."

Also @Poohdini next time you should close the poll before the series starts, think the voting was like 14-14 before the series started and now they're both in the 20s lol. Not a big deal but I'd be kinda curious to see how the votes looked before any games were played, but now I don't know those people apart from those who probably voted after game 5 or 6 lol.

Comment from a Cavs fan on that article.

If the Cavaliers win on Sunday, James can do whatever he wants to do and there will be no hard feelings in NE Ohio.

He can go back to Miami, he can head to his LA mansion, he can take a haircut and head to New York. He can trade off the Cavs remaining assets and turn the team into the LBJ Superfriends. Yep, deal.

i don't see him leaving. he said like a week ago that his return wasn't even about the rings, it was about coming home for family, and his charitable organizations (so he can be more hands on) more than anything.

f--- dan gilbert tho, that's the reason i can never be a fan of the cavaliers franchise.

if lebron upsets the greatest regular season team in NBA history by leading the first team in history to come back from a 3-1 deficit, he can do whatever he f--- he wants tho. no one can say s--- to him, or about him.

I don't doubt he came home for all that, but I think his legacy was the main thing. He had to right that wrong, and it looks like he might just do it.

I will lose my mind if Thibs gets Butler, let alone f---in LeBron. Soon as Blatt was fired everyone in Chicago was waiting for Thibs to be announced as their new coach.
