Knicks trying to trade their best player(on a rookie deal by the way) while their owner is focused on a concert he's playing tonight lol.. @Ben must be feeling real confident bout his Knicks right now.

It's not a bad trade afterall for the C's. :emoji_wink: Works out both ways the Philly-Boston trade, I reckon Boston will feel a lot better about the trade when the 2018 draft approaches.

But then again, I don't reckon the Nets and Lakers will be as bad this season. They both have no reason to tank while I reckon the Magic, possibly Suns and a few other non-playoff teams that have given up pushing forward will be in the mix trying to get those picks.

    You reckon?

Either way having Saric and Simmons as do-it-all forwards looks like it'll be awesome.

Some people are saying the Hornets should take a risk on Giles at 11, might as well take a big risk. We've played pretty safe for years now and it hasnt worked out yet.

curious to see how Ben Simmons does in the NBA...

Giles was such a letdown @ Duke...I mean he will be drafted on potential...but injuries will scare me if I would pick him up...its weird sometimes how a player like Okafor dominated college ball @ Duke...and hasn't shown much in the NBA...yet Giles could be the reverse LOL

Kyrie Irving is a classic example of a player who played a handful of games at Duke...and I wasn't really impressed, considering how he looked at St. Patrick NJ high school...then turns out to be a beast in the NBA

They haven't been on the court together yet in a game lol so I'm not sure how you can say that.

If they're set on Monk, they should trade down a few picks and get him at 6-8.

    @Gucci FlipFlops

Moments later Stern took the stage. What unfolded next has since become the Zapruder film of sports, watched and rewatched on YouTube and dissected by conspiracy theorists. Stern explaining the process. A white-haired man from the accounting firm of Ernst & Whinney, Jack Wagner, tossing seven envelopes into the plastic globe one at a time, pausing for the briefest of moments—perhaps to adjust his aim?—before dumping in the fourth, which bangs off the interior of the drum, creasing the corner. The NBA’s head of security, Jack Joyce, spinning the drum five times. Stern exhaling visibly and reaching in for the first choice, the one that will determine Ewing’s fate. Stern fumbling around for a moment, grasping and turning the envelopes, then lifting out the lucky one—which just so happens to have a creased corner.

Noah was bad, Rose had a good year. Bench was thin and Phil/Jeff kept changing the style of play throughout the season. Hard enough to install a new offense in the summer, let alone during the year when you're not able to practice everyday.

They didn't have a high ceiling but probably should've been 10th or so in the East at worst.

Fultz is bigger, longer, and a better shooter, but they're a lot closer than the projections would indicate.

Draft is very deep and anyone in the top 8 has the chance to get a legit franchise player.
Too bad Bulls went all in with Rondo/Wade :drakemj:

*BOS can swap first-round picks with BKN*

*LAL will send first-round pick to PHI if it falls outside top 3*

*PHI can swap picks with SAC inside top 10*

*If SAC pick falls out of top 10, it will go to CHI*

*NO will send first-round pick to SAC if it falls outside top 3*

It is never too early!!! I will try to keep everyone up to date on some of the finer prospect in College that might come into the NBA next year. I've been looking at this class for a while now it's so exciting. As a Philly fan it was great to get the #1 pick and draft Simmons who's my favourite player already lol, but I'm really looking forward to next years draft as we are likely to have 2 lottery picks.

It's too hard to tell but imo... Kris Dunn (or whoever you think 2016's 3rd best player) would struggle to get picked in the top 10...

Here are some of my favourites so far:
Harry Giles - PF - Duke
Good chance being the #1 pick imo. He suffered a bad injury that made him miss out a decent chunk of his Senior year including the McDonalds All-Australian game and all them, but he'll do just fine at Duke. Everything you want in a PF.

Jayson Tatum - SF - Duke
Gonna be Harry's partner in crime at Duke. This guy is my favourite so far and he's rated around pick 7 in some mocks.. wtf? This dude is gonna be the next Paul George. Incredible amount of potential.

Josh Jackson - SF - Kansas
Another #1 potential. This guy is a bit like Tatum due to their builds and similar body types, but Jackson has a bit more hustle in his game and can obviously do the fancy things shown in the video below.

    De-Aaron Fox - PG - Kentucky
THIS is the guy I want the 76ers to draft. There are so many good attributes with this guy. Can get in the paint, can pass, can s---t but it's his defense that stands out the most to me. Far out this guy can play.

Lonzo Ball - PG - UCLA
His time in high school was probably one of the most exciting teams to watch. He had 2 younger brothers (both committed to UCLA) and they ran the show. Lonzo is obviously miles better, brilliant passer and can read the game really well.

    ^that f---ing ending.....

There are so many more... I just cbf writing about them. Dennis Smith probably the best PG, Malik Monk is a savage, Jonathan Isaac, Frank Jackson oh man. There aren't many Centers so hopefully Sacramento can't f--- up next year.

I'll post more of their college careers throughout next season. :)
