Almost all exclusively from the paint though. If you're gonna let Kyrie s---t the shot fine, but I'd much rather have Bron at least run the play instead of him pounding the rock 15 times for a step back 3 on an all NBA defender.

Alright I'm finally home from work and I have time to discuss these things...

    First things first,
Steph Curry is the greatest shooter to ever live, and a h--- of a clutch player too. This is not up for debate anymore IMO. He's clearly the greatest shooter ever. I was calling him this 2 years ago too.

Korver is a better 3 point shooter than both if you want to base it off of their career 3 point percentage, but who cares, he's still one of the best ever. I think Broussard or someone said he was top 3 today. He also made the same pass to JR a minute before then who made the shot

Kyrie has proven that he can hit that shot before tho... and is probably better in the clutch than LeBron. Sure, he could've definitely been more assertive and wanted to score, but nothing wrong with letting Kyrie do his thing in ISO, something that had tons of success throughout the game and obviously in history. (last year)

And if he misses it he gets s--- on for the rest of his life because he didn't make the shot? Or if he misses the FT? (actually shooting pretty decent from there in the finals) Who knows what happens from that point, it's the Warriors who can score faster and better than any other team.

This literally makes no sense. He made the right play... that's a good thing, not bad. Doesn't matter what time it is, you should always make the right play.
He plays more like Magic, but no one ever said he plays like Michael. He's a completely different kind of player. He's one of, if not the most, all around talented basketball player I've ever seen. Kobe is the Jordan "clone."
Was LeBron supposed to magically know Kyrie was gonna take a stepback 3 instead of getting to the paint, somewhere he was getting all game? You just said it yourself, if he's gonna let Kyrie take the shot, that's fine...

Also, as Broussard was saying today... LeBron isn't the greatest finisher anymore. Definitely not as well as he used to, especially against length. We saw it against Klay and KD much of the series... He's had trouble finishing. Just another reason to make the right play there.

Lol Bron could go 0-18 and Mitch would defend him and be like 'he was creating offensive rebounds for his team, smart idea if you think about it cuz it gets their bigs going and gets em easy looks in the paint.'

Lol I'm exaggerating/joking around m8, not serious...you're usually pretty fair I suppose. But you do defend him quite a bit I guess, but nothing wrong with that.

I think it goes both ways more often than not. What I mean by that is that although I do defend him, (for what seems to be the life of me sometimes lol) I think a lot of people I debate or argue with on here are doing the exact opposite, trying to s--- on him any chance they get. Which is fine because I enjoy talking basketball, especially LeBron. At the very least I try to be reasonable with what I say. I got a kick out of what you said tho. My pops literally said something like that to me the other day when there was that play in game 2 when LeBron didn't get back on defense because he was arguing a call and JVG, Breen, and Jackson were complaining that LeBron needed to get back. He did need to, but they ignored the fact that it wouldn't have had any effect on the play and that Kevin Love f----- up pretty bad and it was definitely his fault they scored. s--- like that is when I start to get a little carried away, but like I said, I try my best to be fair for the most part.

'Struggling' but shooting over 50%, majority of his shots coming from the paint.

Kyrie hit one clutch shot and you would think the guy is Big Shot Billups by the way ppl talk about him. s--- you could make the argument Lebron's hit more big shots in this post season than Kyrie has in his entire career.

Bottom line, make or miss, I want best player in the world to decide a Finals game for me.

Are we watching the same series? Has Lebron not been stampeding down the court and finishing like a maniac at the rim?

He's struggled against length all series at the rim. A lot of his finishes were clean looks. I just went back and watched his highlights from the 3 games too... almost all of his finishes were fairly clean looks at the rim and he was also going fullspeed on the fast break. A lot different than getting to the rim off of a half court set. He's still a great finisher, one of the best all time, just not what he used to be.
He hit a series clinching 3 in a game 7 in the NBA finals... as far as I'm concerned, he's more than qualified to be the guy closing games. He was the closer literally all season for the Cavs.
