The funny thing about the final series was the social commentary over on Facebook. warrior fans swear the NBA is rigged when they lose but when they win everybody else is salty lol. Same thing last year too. f---ing losers

Oh the Warriors won like they were supposed to. Big whoop. f--- them and especially KD. Ruining the league with a team like this.

PG is not going to Cleveland lol, Cavs fan are trippin if they think they can just flip Kevin Love & change for him. Not a chance.

what a boring NBA play-offs...thank god I don't watch the NBA anymore consistently...NCAAB >> NBA

GS is a big favorite to repeat next year already lol Cavs are huge favorites to be 2nd place....

lol @ LeBron saying he was never on a "super team"...Dwayne Wade/Chris Bosh in their prime along with solid role players is not a super team????

would have been nice for GS to get the sweep...since Cavs had no chance in hindsight

It's prolly not gonna happen but it's not as crazy as people make it out to be. PG on an expiring contract brings his value down quite a bit, but K-Love isn't what they're looking for. Warriors are legit going to win the next 3-4 if their core stays in tact or if LeBron changes teams again.

LeBron needs to join GS on a veteran minimum...to be on the real super team!

I don't like waking up in a world where GSW was basically hand wrapped and gifted a ring. The NBA might be in its state of least competition it has ever been in

Who even cares about this GS championship? It doesn't mean s--- to me. Specially for KD he's a b----. His ring means nothing to me at all. And all this talk about Curry being better than LeBron and becoming the GOAT when his career is over can stop. The dude has 2 rings now and no finals MVP? Like wut? He's not s---

Nahhh it's crazy. PG is a top 10 type player. Indy will roll the dice that he makes an all NBA team to give him the super max than to give an East rival a stacked team.
Literally nobody ever has and can make this argument.

That being said he may go down as the 3rd or 4th best point guard of all time though.

The Pacers will be taking a quarter on the dollar for Paul George, if that. Hes not gonna stay in Indiana (Supermax or not) and the Lakers rumor (fact if you ask guys like Woj) ruined his trade value. No rebuilding team/fringe playoff team is giving up their future for one year of Paul George.

I don't know why people think the Pacers are getting a haul for him, nobody is dumb enough to do that. I think the Pacers could swing a 3 way deal where someone else gets Love and they get picks from the team acquiring Love.

The Cavs are probably the only team who can afford to have a guy like Paul George leave because they'll just sign the next star that becomes available if he were to leave.

Assuming they flip Love for PG somehow and PG walks that off season (which I don't think he would if he landed in Cleveland), their salary for that season would be over 100 million. They can always go through the cap and into the luxury to sign their own guys, but won't be able to sign a FA if they're over. They'd have to get somebody to take away some combination of JR/Shumpert/Tristan Thompson.

I don't think anyone wants to eat TTs contract after his finals performance lol

Surely Boston is a legit destination for PG and he would be willing to play on with them. They just have so much more assets to trade with than the Lakers.

I don't think anybody trades for him honestly, CLE probably the only team he'd be willing to resign with. If Boston makes that trade they will give up most likely Fultz or next years BK pick plus a few players, I don't think that's gonna be too appealing for him to resign.

He either gets traded to CLE or waits and goes to LA next season, unless a team like ATL or DEN put together some ridiculous package like they did last trade deadline.

Im ok with him going to LA as long as its the 2018/19 season and not the 2017/18. Philly need the Lakers to stay a--- for their draft pick :wow2:

Magic got some s--- up his sleeve bro. I feel like he's gonna trade the 2nd pick and change for Butler then sign PG in the off season.

Have we already forgotten the terrible contacts given out last year? Portland is paying their 7/8 guys in rotation more then TT gets. Lakers paid Dung and Mozgov TT money. More awful money will be coming in this year. I doubt the Cavs would have trouble finding suitors for TT or Shump, JR maybe. The finals don't take away from the rest of TT's postseason.

Lakers could probably attach that late HOU 1st rounder they got this year with Moz and move them to BK for example since you guys fleeced their picks and they hardly have any salary going forward.
