    Congrats @Jimelej , would be nuts if you guys can defeat Germany :wow5:

    Time for consistent bottlers Belgium to finally shake that reputation off, rooting for Panama but I'll truly be stunned if they come out with a point in this. The key is to stifle Belgium's back 3 when they play out from the back, I don't think Panama will try that though, thinking they will be sitting back to absorb pressure and pray to Fantasma Torres to spearhead a counter.

    Just some thoughts on the Brazil game yesterday; I saw Switzerland impress vs Spain some weeks ago, their compactness disrupted Brazil's flow and Behrami was excellent in man-marking Neymar. The rest of the Brazilians got to step up if he isn't having a comfortable game, outside maybe Coutinho the rest of them were poor. The "favorites" are gonna have to earn this trophy, I'm already liking this World Cup than the last two.

    This one is gonna be a very narrow game, outside of Son & Forsberg someone gotta step up

    I don't watch soccer regularly, but always enjoy the World Cup. But I was watching the Brazil game, and holy f---ing flop fest. That was so embarrassing and hard to watch #GetTheStrap

    Another thing is that we've been great at avoiding their gegennpress--it's when they press high and win back possession. They usually k--- teams with that and we've done great at ripping through their near nonexistent midfield line, like I said we're not through yet but I'm so happy I've been completely wrong on our chances today!

    I know they won euro but realistically France wins that game 9 times out of 10 without Ronaldo lol .... Portugal was amazing at defence and got lucky with the post several times...Patricio played out of his mind...and got lucky with Eder strike...the longer that game went the better it was for Portugal confidence. When your good your lucky, when your lucky your good

    In reality without Ronaldo...Spain would have won 3-0...not to say Portuguese players aren't world class but 2nd tier compared to Spain...Ronaldo is LeBron of soccer...carries his team on his shoulders...makes it easier for others to get easier chances...hope other players step up but I want to see Ronaldo score every goal for Portugal...that would be amazing

    Diego was exceptional from 78-90, I wonder what would have happened if he didn't get that viscous injury back in 84. After that of course the drug addictions & age caught up to him.

    The Brazilians were always a weird case, R9 was unstoppable until the double acl injury but readapted into an excellent poacher. Dinho & Romario stopped giving a s--- after they were on top lol but they were amazing
