    In all reality though, this Argentina been trash. Like... they barely qualified for this tournament lol. So this doesn’t surprise me. I hope they can at least get to the KO stages. Also, Iceland showed up big in the Euro cup, making it to the quarter-finals. They showing up big here too.

    Scoring a goal against Argentina is like a winning World Cup for Iceland :D

    But for real tho, they've played very well and I hope they have more ambitious goals. They easily can get through the group stage.

    Somebody should hold Messi's head after that penalty and scream at his face "wake the f--- up you depressed f---"

    Iceland is a tough team and I'm sure that they will not lose any game in this group but a player like Messi can't take penaltys like that.

    Honestly, if Argentina played with the type of intensity they had after messi’s missed penalty for the entire game, they probably win this game by multiple goals. I hate when teams do that. They f--- up & then all of a sudden, it’s like they realize they need to step up.

    No i'm pointing out that ronaldo didn't score against iceland either.

    You realize it's easier to score against a side that plays atacking football, then a side that locks shop with 11 jocks

    Spain literally gifted ronaldo chances, Messi had to create them, and argentina had chances. It's not comparable, and if we are using ronaldo for reference he couldn't do any better against iceland himself.
