    This is a distinct game on how to (Uruguay) and how to not (Portugal) use a 442. Amazing man-oriented press from Uruguay during Portugal's build-up, forcing them out wide where no one has offered anything vertical. Don't know why Portugal insists with Guedes as a striker, Andre Silva would help occupy the 2 CBs and protect the ball better. Looking good for Uruguay, just need to avoid stupid mistakes

    Jesus Christ they came out like animals in this 2nd half, what the h--- happened to all that defensive intensity in that 1st half? Liked the switch Portugal did, Bernardo as the #10 and more numbers between the lines to circulate the ball better

    Pretty good game, from a analytics perspective this was an extremely effective game from the Uruguayan offense, literally scored the two times they got the opportunity (Cebolla had that last chance too). Portugal will regret that poor first half, absolutely got floored there but did a lot better in the 2nd.

    The two goats left this s---, finally, I got sick of the emotionally attached fanboys.
