Nov 29, 2019 neo-isolationism is increasing with voters on both sides. most candidates are probably trying to sell their foreign policy agenda as at least a little non-interventionist. When you look at these foreign policy debates or speeches even the obvious interventionists or warhawks say these vague non-answers with contradicting vague disclaimers along the lines of: "Obama/Trump shouldn't have pulled out of iraq/syria/turkey. The afghanistan war has gone on for too long. The afghan military must be prepared asap so we can withdraw" "The american people are tired of endless wars, the wars must stop and we must work with our allies to achieve stability and security in the region" "The american people are rightfully sick of non conditional support for the Saudi regime. We must halt any support to the Yemen conflict and we must work closely with our vital allies and make sure we're on the same page"
Dec 3, 2019 good decision. She’s young & could potentially have another go at it in the future. She had tons of potential as a candidate but her campaign was disorganized, misguided & clumsy from the very start. You don’t point your sister to head your bid for the presidency. If the democratic nominee wins in 2020, it would not surprise me if Harris is offered the Attorney General position.

Dec 24, 2019 Sanders or Warren has to drop out if progressives want any hope of beating Biden. Going into the general election with Biden (or Sanders for that matter) doesn’t make me the most confident. I wanted the nominee to be a new face but seems like Democratic voters want to stick with who they’re familiar with.
