    Biden is kind of running away with the election at this point. I mean, maybe this narrows back to +7 in the coming weeks but Americans are already voting. It’s starting to be difficult to imagine many legal pathways to victory for Trump.

    Pandering never stops and yet he somehow was able to fail at it sounding good lol. That's why I don't like this stupid culture that will make any innocent statement like that sound racist (coming from either side), when the guy is clearly thanking for sacrifices of ordinary people. I feel like he shot himself in the foot, cause of mentioning race.

    Polls for the president this past week have been pretty brutal. The trifecta of his poor debate performance + contracting COVID + being sent to the hospital has him losing ground.

    Before debate:
    Biden +7 nationally
    75% chance of winning electoral college (via FiveThirtyEight)

    Now:
    Biden +8 nationally
    81% chance of winning electoral college (via FiveThirtyEight)

    it’s insane that this is the case but most legal scholars agree that... no one really knows. to the extent that “obviously pence would be the republican runner” is not even necessarily true.
