    hey man. this was answered a few times in the past couple pages, but the answer is: nobody really knows. the results are reported state by state and trickle in as fast as they're able to count them, but if the numbers are close, then tallying could take days before a true winner is announced. for example: in some states, as long as your mail-in ballot is postmarked by today, then the vote will count.

    Imo the earliest we can be pretty sure of who's gonna win is a little under 5 hours from now at 7 eastern, 4 pacific. That's when we get Florida's results and if Joe wins that, it's (realistically) over.

    My main concern at that point would just be if or how Trump is gonna concede.
