I went on a tinder date with a girl during the heat of the primaries who said she didn’t follow anything and needed people to tell her who she should vote for. We didn’t go on another date after for obvious reasons but I should probably text her and tell her who to vote for.

certainly. every single vote is gonna matter. Perdue will receive the majority of libertarian votes out of those who choose to vote again. Swinging Purdue voters could be hard in a Biden presidency (a small but important portion of the electorate likes balance by having opposite parties in WH and Congress). +new Trump voters who maybe thought trump would win (in GA or nationally) and didn't bother to vote will now vote in this race to stick it to Biden.

While winning PA would give Biden the electoral college win in theory, Trump and his campaign have been urging the republican PA state legislature to certify Trump as the winner of the state regardless of the outcome. It's certainly possible (and would hold up in Supreme Court)

To be completely safe Biden needs to hit 290 electoral votes to guarantee a win if PA flips their votes.

tbf, Trump isn't the first one to consider something like this... in fact, let's hope he doesn't take inspiration from Al Gore's 'plan X' for the 2000 election. (and yes, IK the difference here is that Gore more than likely won the FL vote)

Gore declined to use the tactic but at one point considered having the democratic members of the FL legislature send their own electoral results to the Senate for certification. Two sets would arrive, and whatever set was opened first would be certified. The plot twist? Al Gore himself as Vice President/President of the Senate would be the person to choose which envelope to open...

Gore considered this but decided not to do so fearing he would be the first president to be impeached on day one of his presidency.

Also, if PA legislature pulled shenanigans the results would hold up even in a liberal supreme court, because a state has the clear right to choose its electors however it sees fit. The electoral college is a disgusting anti-democratic instituion and needs to go.
