    Unfortunately this is entirely constitutional and would probably hold up even in a liberal supreme court.
    but yes, it would be a coup. and Donald Trump Jr. is actively calling on PA legislature to do this. As are some other high up Trump officials. Will probably ask PA legislature to claim voter fraud and that he actually won and therefore give him the electors.

    This isn't some minor possibility either - it's been part of their playbook for a while.

    A lot of coups/power grabs get verified by judicial powers. Venezuela is the best example I can give if you’re familiar what’s going on there. Hopefully Biden can squeak out GA too & just put this away.
