    Trump literally told his supporters that mail in ballots was vote fraud.

    Why would any of his supporters vote by mail?


    The plan was to not count those votes... remember?

    That's ballot transcribing... the scanner can't read the ballot the man is reading the bubbles from... she is filling out the corresponding bubbles on the new ballot that will be able to scan.

    A highly monitored and sanctioned part of our Democracy.
