    Land may vote one day but that's another argument.

    The Electoral College isn’t about giving votes to “land”; it ensures all regions, big or small, get a say. Without it, candidates could just campaign in places like New York or L.A. and ignore smaller states. It makes sure all voices count, so the president represents everyone, not just big cities. That’s real democracy where everyone’s vote matters.

    That's a reasonable concern because I do agree everyone's voice deserves to be heard equally, but I don't think eliminating the electoral college would change the demographics to the point where people would only campaign in cities...they would still need to attract rural voters and would still need to do rallies in rural locations.

    Like for example eliminate the electoral college and do you think Trump would bother campaigning in Seattle just cuz it has more people? He'd be campaigning up north in Lynden WA (rural area) like he did in 2016. He'd be going to a place like that more because he could actually pick up votes in WA rather than chalking it up an automatic electoral L

    It would give Dems more reason to campaign in deep red states and Reps more reason to campaign in deep blue states imo

    a global shift back to conservatism after moving so far to the left over the past 15 years i’m sure..y’all just had to keep pushing

    The shift was because people were upset at inflation & blamed their respective ruling parties. Democrats did better than most of their counterparts because the US economy has outperformed other G7 economies coming out of the pandemic (lower inflation, lower unemployment, incomes rising, etc.).

You are going to find out what happens to a country when 40 million people lose health insurance at once. You are going to find out what happens when people on Social Security can't contribute to the economy anymore (you are going to have to take care of your parents when they retire and you won't be able to retire). You are going to find out women die when they can't get an abortion. You are going to find out when we have Polio here because we got RFKjr, but Africa doesn't have Polio because they have Bill Gates.

    Just remember... blame everyone else... blame the transgenders and the "woke" (you know like there is a black mermaid or some one drinks a bud light or some s---), blame CRT and DEI.

    Don't blame yourself or the almighty glorious Trump.
