    I hope Schumer follows through with his 'nothing off the table if they confirm her' promises.

    in the first session they need to:
    - pass a green jobs act + stimulus
    - remove filibuster
    - make DC and PR states
    - add a public option to Obamacare
    - expand court to 15 seats + add 25 year term limits
    - mandatory mask mandate
    - $15 minimum wage

    To make things even crazier Texas is legit up for grabs. They’ve been saying Texas could go blue for years now but latest exit polling data shows it’s basically a 50/50 split. Texas might very well go Biden this year. On top of that, Texas has had the biggest young voter turnout in the nation (not sure what the age range is for young voter).

    Edit: to be fair, for the record, this also happened 2 years ago when Beto made a push to take Cruz’s senate seat. Blue voters came out in droves early on to vote for Beto so prior to Election Day it was looking like Texas might go blue. But republican voters responded to the huge blue-leaning early voting numbers to give the nod to Cruz. That same thing could happen again. Recent Texas history shows that the more engaged blue is early on, this motivates red voters to show up and vote, particularly red voters who were lazy and probably not gonna vote. So this could happen again.
