    they absolutely have it in the bag (the election) but winning Texas would be huge in preventing Trump shenanigans and would send a message that the Republicans aren't the popular party there anymore.

    Biden won’t win Texas. Every election cycle is “this is the year Texas turns purple/blue” and it never happens.

    Could it happen? Absolutely! I just don’t think it will this time around

    for what its worth I don't think he will win texas but this year the polls actually indicate its possible. being down just two points in the most important red state is a rout.

    for what its worth - I actually believe pollsters are being too kind to trump in their polling adjustments. an overcorrection from last cycle. very possible Biden is up 2-3 points more nation and statewide then polls are showing.

    also Georgia is about to go blue for the first time since 1992.

    No state has every come down to one vote in a presidential election, ever. I know it’s the election and all but seriously thinking that one vote will make the difference in Trump winning Texas is absurd.
    I honestly think 2 points is being generous. Biden enthusiasm is virtually nonexistent here.

    It's less that it comes down to your specific vote and more that a lot of people think "oh just one vote won't matter" which does contribute to the outcome of elections. Regardless, it's your vote, and while I would have voted Biden if I lived in Texas, I'm more concerned by the people who use that 'just one vote' line of thinking to not vote period. You took the time to think about and vote local elections which many people do not.
