    Some people may give compelling reasoning & that reasoning may or may not be legitimate. The issue is you’re painting with a broad brush & stamping reasoning for these broad groups: “Exxon workers in Texas voted for Trump because of X; Latinos in Florida voted for Trump because of X.” Yeah, it could be true but in actuality we don’t know that. There are so many variables we’re leaving out here.

    it sounds like ur moving the goalposts from being mad id even imply rational discourse is possible, to being mad I implied I was able to persuade people in my life, to just straight up misrepresenting my POV so u can keep that energy up

    it has nothing to do with being stupid—it’s psychology. How people determine their vote choice. I wish voters were as rational as you’re making them out to be but a lot of research has indicated they are not. Hence why I’m telling you the assumptions you’re making here lack evidence.

    Even your whole bit about “internal logic” is off base. Some people aren’t as open & outright with their political beliefs & opinions as you. Some times people will concede arguments just to get you to stfu & change the topic. It happens. But if you want to continue to act like this all knowing deity because of your personal experiences & apply them to the whole country, go ahead. That’s not how serious people talk about these topics.

    i think biden has done a very good job of affecting this vibe, at least when compared to hillary. still skeptical how aligned w those voters he is on policy but we’ll see

    what's the point of this? if it's close, every media outlet, left or right, will be broadcasting that there's no winner at that point and that it'll take maybe days to get a winner...

    You have a lot more faith in media lol. We can only hope the media doesn’t entertain or broadcast these claims freely.

    The White House is expecting Trump to be up in vote count because a majority of Democrats have voted by mail which is typically counted later & takes more time than votes casted in person on Election Day. They plan to argue before the courts to stop vote counting after Election Day which is ridiculous.

    cuz Trump operates in a post-truth world. He doubles down on a lie every time it comes up and eventually people just assume it's true (if they hadn't already from the beginning). I've mentioned this before but that's the scariest part of trump getting a second term to me. He's warped people's sense of objective truth to the point that it hardly matters whether certain things are true or not and will continue to twist that notion of objective truth even further.

    And if he's caught in a lie he can't escape he simply changes the conversation like he did at the debates regarding condemning the proud boys and white supremacists. It's still so gross to me that wormed his way out of that on live TV and he's so good at it that the moderator just let it happen.

    Trump may have no choice but to declare himself the winner. The media has been 100 percent for Biden so good chance they are the ones who wont accept results and or say he won.

    I know Trump has condemned them before, but the point is that there should never be any hesitation in condemning white nationalists...like you have to point to a different time where he condemned white nationalism to make up for a time that he didn't lol. The fact of the matter is that he's fine with them because they'll vote for him
