    it does work this way btw...your alerts won't all be marked as read anymore when opening up the alerts. that's default now.
    you can also mark read alerts as unread on desktop mode

    count of alerts and messages in inbox would be cool instead of a simple dot on main screen imo

    Ahk, all good. Yeah, it's Chrome. It's just my work computer though, otherwise I'm pretty much solely on my phone or a tablet anyway so it's not the end of the world. Are you able to move the reply thing up a bit or make it taller? That's what I was more suggesting as opposed to moving the message thing though.

    the height's perfect and gonna stay low-ish profile where it's at. you can manually click+drag-upwards the box and it will expand, else it will auto-expand vertically as you type... tbh, the typing is above that annoying url helper when it appears, so not the end of the world, but still annoying:

    Ah, just at the moment whenever I right-click on alerts instead of hovering like so:

    It takes me to the old alerts page but everything is read without any 'unread' indicators:

    I'm just using this method until you're able to fix up the "Open in New Tab" issue but yeah

    Hovering over amount of likes still shows normally

    But once you like a post yourself and then try to hover over the amount of likes, it won't show anymore:

    was done due to a native XenForo (message board platform) bug that i encountered.. i know we had it before, and i think it's important for mobile for sure, but if i add it, the count will be inaccurate for some people right now. on my list, but will be a fun one

    refresh and then it shows correctly again, right? that's towards the bottom of my side list, but good catch

    it is, but it isn't, since it just adjusts for that page and will reset back to the default when you go to the next page :shrug: halfway solution

    Yeah, that's still fine. I mean, it's only if I'm doing a quote it really matters. Still, I didn't realise the option was there that changes everything anyway.
