    I'd like to see the actual streaming numbers for 4:44

    I have friends who are Hip Hop fans and didn't bother listening to the album because of Tidal. Most other people pirated it. Not to mention there are no radio hits at all on the album. At least MCHG had Holy Grail and Tom Ford.

    The album is decent, but accepting platinum status is bs

    Yeah thats what I was thinking. I'd at least wait a bit before announcing this. It's so dumb doing it this quick it makes it so obvious what's happened.

    If Tyler sold 350k or 400k off of a 3 day notice that would be more blowing up I'd say. Didn't Beyonce release Lemonade and BEYONCE with no notice? I mean granted the girls I know don't really know how to download music so they'd have to buy it but that s--- went like fire in a prairie grass field. Unless.......wait a minute....Beyonce is married to Jay.....No.....those.....NO.....those numbers couldn't have been incorrect to could they!?

    post malone blew up from like one song, his album sold like 50-60k first week but hes preeeetty huge, the album went plat few months ago i think

    it sold 37k and he makes plenty of money and has a strong impact on the culture, makes a lot of money per feature so there's no reason for anyone to ever stop investing in him.

    Releasing the album on a streaming service and keeping it exclusively on there would obviously hurt sales. We live in a different time

    i was talking about the pathetic barter 6 sales as i believe its the only "album" he made? im not sure at this point if he makes albums or tapes so yeah

    also again, per feature so thats assumed value, people assuming he is valued but it wont keep happening with his pathetic album sales

    he is a horrible at sales...lets just keep it general then

    with the amount of investing that goes his way, selling anything less than 300k first week is laughable, give me the support he gets and i would be pushing 100k rapping about iraq
