I'm for reinstating the federal assault rifle ban, federal 10+ year mandatory for using a firearm in the commision of a felony, federal concealed with a class, registration and permit and 5 day mandatory waiting period with a background check for, retail, private sale and gun show sales with more disqualifications for mental health, prior convictions and no fly list status.

You mean how, like, black civil rights leaders had to fight for the right to not be lynched, and then they themselves were killed? Like how the FBI tried to bait King into killing himself? Or how the civil rights act wasn't signed until 1964? How there's still a massive wage gap, even for white women? How black people are still slaughtered by police officers with relative impunity?

In no other country would that guy be able to get an AR-15 this easily.
