    Pretty sure Dre feels the same way, I mean, The Firm flopped (I think they were dope though Nas is on my top 3) and he had no big name with him, Em saved Dre and vice versa

    So I’ve came to the conclusion that I want to love this album so much front to back. Production, content, verses are all fire, but what brings some of the songs down are his lazy a--- hooks. The I will hook is prime Em though. The only 2 songs I skip are the Ed song and the yah yah (which depresses me because I was hyped to hear it but the beat and hook is horrible). But still even the songs I tolerate have weak hooks and that ruins a song.

    Lock it up is so so so good. Put that on Dre 2001 album and it wouldnt be out of place, my god.

    It's because those are all serious emotional songs, people don't just throw those on. If he used that flow on a more standard song, it would blow tf I bet

    g.d.'d, do they actually listen to the music or do they just skim through it? Plus it was reported days ago that he actually recorded that hook for Em, just smh.
