    I’m glad I finally gave Never Love Again another chance... knowing it’s about drugs and all, beat switch is great and the chorus is a pretty standard em hook. It’s a good song.

    I'm going back a few pages here now...

    There was some talk about "tiers" of albums rather than rankings.

    It really annoys me how much Relapse is considered good here.
    Bottom tier: MMLP2, Relapse and Encore. They are by far the worst.
    But take bonus songs into account and Relapse is the only bottom tier album (yep, inc Refill). Bonus songs from both MMLP2 and Encore push them both up a place or 2.

    The fact that Relapse is a loved album is not weird, it's standard. It's just a good f---ing project mate.

    Here’s my take on Darkness btw: not sure why so many people are confused over its existence Eminem’s been open about like, the tension of his legacy, whether he shares fans w trump maga types. I feel like juxtaposing his own isolation w another middle age white man is pretty logical and almost compelling

    It’s weird how this project has stayed w me. I def appreciate how open it is about Eminem’s rap nerd/love of rap history while at the same time keeping things current. Delicate balance and he pulls it off oddly. Like rolling stone (and others) were making a big deal about him referencing a BAD Ll cool j review that isn’t online - I love that specificity, v Eminem moment

    Forbes shared 350k expected sales first week US.

    Considering the inexistent promo is incredible. When promo'll star along with hard copies it will be stable.

    As a whole Relapse is #8 for me. Putting bonus tracks into play though and it takes last place. Don't get me wrong, the beats are A++. I'm a big Dre Stan but minus a couple of tracks it just wasn't enjoyable to me.
