D12 was still hanging in there around 2010, remember Hit Me With Your Best Shot? But Ronnie killed himself in 1991.

Words can't describe how much of an issue I think this is with Em's post hiatus output. His desire to be private on lots of things in his life has seriously hindered his output. Never understood people saying he has nothing left to talk about anymore. The man isn't f---ing dead. He is still living life. It's myopic to think he has nothing left to discuss. Maybe Em even feels like there's nothing left to discuss and no one wants to hear about those things too. His life is less chaotic than it was in his prime but it's mainly his choice to be private. Em hasn't put out content on Kim's attempted suicide, Whitney's birth father dying, Hailie as an adult, friendships in the industry, approaching a life without raising children, bodyguard dying, his brother Nathan, different experiences in career as druggy/prime and sober Em, dating, and so on. There are probably tons of things he could touch on from his current life that the public would be interested in. I'd be curious to learn more about his relationship with Nathan. It kind of feels like he started a bunch of stories in the first part of his career and once he got sober he chose to end/ignore most of them.

Mixed/Black folks should agree with my comments on Em. f--- the immature children who want "rappity rap" bs Em. He needs to go back and channel his inner "gangsta"/true self to tear the game the f--- up. As a mixed black n----- I can see an older Eminem ripping the game to shreds. I can also see a "rappity rap desperate" Slim Shady trying to get approval from the younger generation. Has anyone talked about Em's decision to be more safe with his legacy????? He had more popularity, influence than anyone in music at his peak. It's interesting given his trajectory ever since he got sober. If you have a brain, aren't 12, a true hip-hop fan, and then you can understand what I'm saying. Em is an anomaly who happened to achieve success beyond what should have been possible. You can think he is trash but hip-hop without Eminem is impossible since the late 90's. Hate Em's output and that is 100% fine!!! If you are a TRUE hip-hop head like me, you can see his input, impact, etc. is greater than others in the game (for various reasons). I hope the caucasians and black folks can see past that surface s--- and see reality.
