    Not gonna lie I probably underrated Recovery before I re-listened to it for the first time in a while the other day

    Going Through Changes - Not Afraid - Seduction - No Love - Space Bound is genuinely an incredible 5 song stretch. It’s quite rare for an Eminem album to have 5 songs of such high quality all in a row

    “Seduction”, “Cold Wind Blows”, “Talkin’ 2 Myself”, “On Fire”, blow Murdered By out of the water.

    Just a bunch of blabbity blah on this album.

    “I’m on point like my index is”

    “I, I, haaaaattteee, my, my stepdad!!”

    Sorry but this is such a bad opinion. “Castle” is so g.d. overrated. Nothing beats the haunting background and chorus of “Going Through Changes”.

    Not to mention “Castle” is another generic “story of my life.”

    Plus somehow I’m pullin thru
    Swear when I come back
    Ima be bulletproof
    Ima do it just for Proof”

    “Arose” is corny, dog. At least I can bump “Going Through Changes”.

    On my post-hiatus rankings, it is his second-best.

    MTBMB remains on top though, through and through

    Be it production, be it writing........MTBMB is better than Recovery no doubt, however, GTC and Deja Vu remain his best post-hiatus songs. Never Love Again, In Too Deep and Premonition come quite close to them though

    Recovery came at my peak standom, and I was into pop-rap heavy at the time so it was the perfect match for me at the time. That’s why I remain partial to it
