May 24, 2019 Most of Stay Dangerous was poppy, radio s---, but then again, that was just me being me. It's more disappointing due to the fact this came right after Still Brazy. I'm agreeing with everyone here, it's not at the level of MKL and SB, but a pretty good project.
May 24, 2019 I WILL TOLERATE NO MORE STAY DANGEROUS SLANDER. Album was a grower for me and I was initially disappointed in it too, run it back again a few more times. Honestly other than the Big Sean verse the run from Too Cocky to the end of Stay Dangerous is perf. And I dig the first five songs too, they're just not as good as the following 10. But this album's real good too! Still Brazy - 9.5/10 MKL - 9/10 Stay Dangerous - 7.5/10 4REAL4REAL - 7.5/10
May 25, 2019 I don't mean to, I'm just trying to get people to give it another chance cuz they're saying it outright sucks when that's not true at all. It's not a classic like his first two but it's a good album—solid 7-7.5/10. I was extremely disappointed in Stay Dangerous on my first listen but it grew on me, whereas 4REAL I loved on my first listen but its flaws became obvious after a couple listens. So I think in the end they'll both fall in that 7-7.5/10 range for me. They're not touching his first two albums but they're both great additions to his discog imo.
