Mar 31, 2018 If i am being completely honest SSLP sounds very dated production wise on a lot of it. I still love it cause I remember it from when it didnt sound dated but still, its getting very noticeable. Wierd cause mmlp came out like a year later and doesnt sound dated really in terms of production.
Mar 31, 2018 If talking about 80s hiphop, of course it sounds dated. All they had were turntables, basic drum machines and a mixer. Not alot of range there. Rza revolutionized beat making on the east coast in the early 90s with the way he sampled, Dre did the same for the West.
