    Our country couldn't have elected a worse president. In most places they'd all be united fighting together against this administration, but instead 1/3rd of the country somehow supports this guy still and believes his bs, then another 1/3rd is hardly even paying attention..

    On the real I liked their first two albums at the time but I haven’t listened in years. I just thought it was funny he spoke out against rioting when this what like the entire RTJ discog is about lol

    And I just reread my post in question. Easy to find. Context was about why you’re so gung ho about watching “your” city burn , why can’t the anger be channeled elsewhere.

    This is stretching the truth a bit, no? I thought they were pro-protests, just not in Atlanta since it is one of, if not the best city, in the US for black people to live. Based on like the percentage of black owned businesses and stuff like that.

    To me

    as long as the protest doesnt benefit the protestor other than their primary reason. Its passable and might be acceptable

    i dont like ppl gaining stuff on top of it

    it really is telling how tied people are to the aesthetics of a polite, "stable" society that the looting of a department store bothers them more than financial practices that are far crueler, have far broader implications, and yet are technically legal
