I really don't think I was ever judgemental, lol. I was dismissive of series that I thought were s---, but so is everybody, lmfao. Idk, I just come from an area where if you're gonna have your opinions and hold onto it, than you better be ready to defend it, and don't get upset if somebody trashes what you like, lol. I really don't think that's a bad thing, and I don't recall ever insulting people for liking s--- that I didn't just the series that they like.

I mean, like I said you're free to insult the series I champion, I won't get butthurt about it, in fact I deliberately even championed some series that I thought were overrated in hopes that you'd call them out, but no apparently not.

Speaking of that new dragonball series, I watched a few episodes and dropped it like a rock when I saw the horrible animation in episode 5, lol. Also the whole Super saiyan god super saiyan s--- was just overkill, lmfao, like seriously. Whis is cool though.

I've praised plenty of things, but if you mean in this thread. Well I haven't seen a discussion with a series I like yet, and even asked in my initial post here if anyone read berserk and likes it ,so there's that. But uh batgirl is cool, is that good enough praise?

Too be honest some of the original dbz animation is pretty garbage cos, just like with super, several different studios are doing different episodes in order to keep up with the schedule

Bruh I despise the dragonball animes, lol, it has an assload of filler. One Piece is the worst offender though, the manga has gorgeous artwork, and the anime has that soulless processed through a mcdonalds factory look to it, along with HORRID pacing and terrible filler arcs.

I think people tend to forget just how imaginative and colorful the dragonball series was pre super saiyan escalations. Before the "Z" part (which really doesn't exist, lol, it's just an arbitrary marker the studios decided to begin with, the saiyain saga really isn't any different tonewise than say the piccolo saga) the series was really fun and over the top and was a great adventure series. The saiyan saga-Frieza saga was when it was at it's peak as an action series while also balancing humor and adventure. The cell saga was godawful and the nadir of the series, even the buu saga was better.

And one piece is prob gonna end sooner than you think, I predict prob early 2020s.

No it was definitely way less filler and there was a definite end goal before saiyan became a thing (just dragon ball).
Back when the red army was the biggest threat lol
