    i liked the first one more, but that was probably bc i watched it first and was considerably younger than when i watched brotherhood

    plus the engaging scenes and plot twists hit harder in the first one as it was a bit darker

    thats interesting, i found the second half of the first version very bad...then later discovered it stopped following the manga

    @Caslon although the scene where the mother went into the police station and r---d everyone to get back her son greed was f---ing amaaaaazing

    dont worry DP this part or storyline or context isnt part of brotherhood, it was anime original part...nothing ruined

    up untill the war arc if u skip the fillers the shows actually pretty well paced imo


    the war arc everything just went to s--- kinda cause they were clearly tryna do alot of fan service, ending was horrible too

    tho that itachi fight was underwelming the moment at the end of it made it worth it imo

    i also found the ending really interesting, it had some holes and was very open but it was a lot more unpredictable than brotherhood

    in the manga, the results was so much better because the fight happened and ended in few pages, total wrecked

    also dont remember how the anime did it, but in the manga itachi told oro before that if they ever fight he can finish him under a second, then when it finally happened the manga portatied that beautifully, but the anime didnt as far as i remember
