Way more dead bodies from it everyday compared to gun massacres done by mentally ill people. I can’t comprehend how some people think banning guns will work. Obviously I agree on a more into depth background check. People who are schizophrenic or who have serious mental illnesses shouldn’t own a gun. Banning alcohol in the states didn’t work. Mafias loved it and got rich from it. Same for guns. Too many organized crime families, gangs etc will profit. Focusing on mental health and bringing back mental asylums instead is what needs to be done. The US was flooded with guns since the early 1900s and there weren’t massacres happening. It’s just today’s society is way more mentally unstable. Some of it is from cutting the mental health budget and shutting down asylums letting the nut cases back on the streets.

Nov 14, 2018 It’s called common sense. Guns were mass produced in the US all through the 1900s and weren’t a problem until the last 15 years. Banning alcohol worked real well! Making fentynal dealers pay a harsher sentence really seems to be working with fent still killing people daily. You guys can talk all you want about “stricter”’gun laws. But in reality, you guys really want guns banned all together. California is one of the strictest states when it comes to obtaining a gun. Yet, mentally ill people still find their hands on guns and is probably the highest ranked state with mass shootings? If you can pull up and buy elephant tranquilizer, in the hood, then you can as easily buy a gun too and they’ll be even more in demand for psychopaths even if there was some sort of ban. But it’ll never happen because our founding fathers know that’s the first step of our crooked government attempting to control our citizens and force our rights away.

Gun manufacturers really aren’t the problem. Like I’ve said before, guns were being mass produced all through the 1900s and we never had these mass shootings until the past 15 years. I honestly think trying to ban guns all together would create a civil war in the states. You’re one of the few in the majority who actually want guns banned. And yeah your fentanyl, elephant tranquilizer dealers also have guns for sale. I’ve witnessed it. Fentanyl dealers are getting more severe charges, but that doesn’t stop them from selling it and killing people. Banning alcohol made the mafias extra rich and embarrassed our government. Weed is becoming legal everywhere for a reason. Banning things are proven not to work. Especially when there’s already hundreds of millions of guns already in circulation.
