    Felt like crap for the last few hours. Dizziness, nausea, light headed etc. But managed to eat some food and felt almost back to normal.

    Being discharged in 45mins! I'd say I'm looking forward to sleeping in my own bed tonight but I can't as my mum is staying over to help me look after the kids for a couple of days so I've gotta sleep on the sofa bed. Ugh.

    Anyway, on topic, I'll prob skip having a beer tonight but I'm looking forward to my first pist-surgeey beer tomorrow! I'll be celebrating waking up after anesthetic!

    @icecube how are you feeling?

    Also, @Michael Myers @Ricky it looks like we may be able to drink together sooner than we thought!

    And me!

    No Europe tour is complete without a stop in London.

    But to the Q, I'm s--- man. They may have botched the surgery. I've got to go back to see the consultant tomorrow as ever since about 2pm today every time I try to move my arm it sounds like a loud clicking coming from my shoulder. So loud that even the Mrs heard it from the other side of the room.

    The doctor has said he may need to wait a month for me to heal and then do the surgery again. f---ing livid.

    Still no beer for me yet either, I'm just not feeling up to it yet.

    Oh yeah I just didn’t know since UK left EU if y’all’s travel rules were gonna be different or delayed.

    Sorry to hear there’s a possibility they botched it. On the other hand, those noises can actually be a normal occurrence after surgery. I’ve been having some since starting physical therapy and I got spooked. Asked the therapist and he said not to worry. Hopefully that’s the case for you! They put you in a sling or anything?

    In a sling "for comfort" but to try to continue movement as normal. I finally got some detail of what they done and they only shaved off 1cm of my collar bone so no major work. I have movement but can barely get my arm above shoulder height. Hopefully the sounds are normal but my phone conversation with the consultant didn't fill me with much faith.

    UK leaving Europe hasn't really caused huge travel issues. Especially for those coming from the states. EU to UK movement has to be done with passports now with a minimum of 6 months left for it to be valid whereas before we could move around Europe with national IDs. That's it. And in most cases travel insurance is more expensive as we're not entitled to free health care abroad and vice versa. But none of that would be any different to anyone coming from outside of Europe anyway.

    I really am not that serious irl tho lol. I goof around a lot too. When I'm drinking especially

    I guess on a forum where people in their 30's still say s--- like 'I f----- ur mom ha ha" and threads were people act like children over politics, its not that hard to look smart lol

    Sipped on some vanilla whiskey earlier but stopped after getting a headache. Might have a few beers this weekend since I’m off the surgery meds now.

    Not the best tbh. I get 4 hours of sleep if I'm lucky, and my day typically starts at 3-4 am now. Physical therapy has made all my pain worse and I have nothing to take for it. But I gotta hurt more before I get better I guess.

    I even downed 5 shots of whiskey before bed and barely slept 3 hours.
