This is essentially the democratic presidential primary thread since we don't have an actual one. It's not like we're coming in here to mock anybody, we're stating the obvious.

Smh at Hillary pandering to Muslim Americans and claiming the GOP is so racist towards Muslims. This hag will get anyone to believe they are a victim in exchange for a vote for her.

Which is ironic, since she supported both the invasion of Iraq and Libya that killed thousands of innocent Muslims.

Future CNN Headline: Sanders narrows delegate deficit by 25% in one day, but when will he drop out?

MSNBC is including the superdelegates in their delegate totals on TV, wish the biased news coverage would stop already :emoji_sleepy:

Still think Bernie is the best option, among some totally abysmal choices..

As much as I may hate to say it. Bernie may lose if he doesn't get major momentum... I don't know why Hilary is winning but I honestly cannot vote for Trump in any form or fashion, if she wins then she'll be my only choice.

Sigh, there goes my free University.

I agree, I don't think media is biased, however, I think there is an argument against a biased democratic primary process. From what I know about superdelegates, it seems like anti-democratic bs. The DNC chair said superdelegates are in place to make sure real people get elected and not some grassroots movement. The point of a democracy is that we, the people, decide who we want as a leader.

However, I still think Bernie would lose, with or without superdelegates.

absolutely--and to go further than that, you could make a strong argument that it's undemocratic to have a staggered primary process in the first place.

but yeah, the idea that "the media" has some agenda against bernie is just :'( first of all, if it's the "liberal media," why would they be staking everything they own on a centrist? and bernie's supporters (and bernie himself) simply don't get how earned media works. bernie seemingly has no message calendar. he keeps harping on: wall street corruption, citizens united et al., tuition/wage gaps, and occasionally the environment. that's all great, but you're not going to win news cycles by saying the same thing month after month.

Hillary is a neo conservative, not sure why any true progressive/liberal would want her instead of Bernie. By the way. The "oh she has more experience" doesn't cut it.
