I've seen this before and I know Bernie's campaign has been running with the whole "Bernie's positions have been clear and consistent, Hillary's hasn't" but she's already addressed this. As she's gotten older and obtained new information, some of her positions have changed and I don't take issue with that. I'm fairly certain Obama used to be for "traditional marriage" before he ran for president but look what he's been able to push for the gay community during his presidency.

Why side with someone who's changing her positions for the better as she gets older, when you have someone who's older and already had those better views all along?

Literally every stance there is possible except for the death penalty that fraud Hilary has come out and stolen from Bernie as if it were her own. For gods sake she even uses the same words he does when she talks about them. Her "evolving" is literally just going with what is more popular. I mean, she called the TPP the "gold standard" for trade deals and basically co-sponsored it, then when Bernie brings attention to it she does a complete 180.

As far as "getting things done", I'm pretty sure Sanders has passed substantially more legislation in his time in senate then she has. McCain even came out recently about Veterans Affairs and said Sanders has done more in that respect and was a delight to negotiate with.

Also the republican controlled congress isn't going to be there forever. Bernie is waking up a very huge portion of millennials that have given up on the political system. When he urges them to vote in the congressional elections. I'm sure they will. Republicans won congress the first time because the voter turnout was astonishingly low, something like 30%.

Please stop with these media driven false narratives.

The only joke here is Clinton calling herself a progressive.

I'm not American but being from the most politically comical country in the world (Egypt) I've grown interest last couple of months on US politics with the elections hype getting bigger. Bernie's progressive ideas can spark a new political start in democratic countries all over the world despite his major points being free college, health care and paid family leave that most developed countries already guarantee. Internationally I can see Clinton do as Obama did which wasn't bad btw but reforming America from the inside is what Bernie can do that in turn be useful dealing with worldwide problems.

lmfao perfect example of a laughable Bernie supporter

"She stole the stance from Bernie" as if Bernie was the first person to feel that way :emoji_sob:

wtf this has basically reached the level of the Ron Paul freaks of 2012 (still waiting on that financial crash he's been predicting for 6 yrs, btw)

    Not laughable at all, scrub.

    http://www.cnbc.com/2015/10/30/clinton-calls-to-end-private-prisons-mass-jailing.html

Bernie was talking about this months ago.

Keystone pipeline, she used to not care about it at all, now against it.
    TPP, same thing.
She literally stole a line about republicans having amnesia and uses his losing 800k jobs a month figure from the end of Bush's second term.

I mean.. just watch her interview on Colbert last week. Line for line identical, the 1%, more progressive tax system. You name it.

Yesterday Sanders came out opposing the federal ban on marijuana.
I look forward to bumping this thread in a few days and tagging you when Clinton will adopt the same stance.

I mean....you're proving my point. Hillary mentions an indisputable FACT (losing 800k months at the end of '08) and all of a sudden she needs to be citing Bernie :emoji_sob:

Bernie Sanders did not invent Bernie Sanders' positions. They are pretty typical liberal positions. You see how the Republicans are moving to the right lately? Similarly, Hillary is moving to the left in many respects. That's what we call presidential primary politics. It happened in 2012 and it happened in 2008 and it happened...pretty much every single time. Just because this is the first time you've paid attention to them doesn't mean they begin and end with Bernie Sanders.

Hate to break it to you but your girl Clinton's goal this election was to run in the middle as a slightly liberal centrist.
It takes a person of real integrity to adopt incredibly liberal positions when her goal was to run center.
Almost makes her seem disingenuous... no. lol. never that.

you can certainly argue whether or not Hillary is being politically expedient, I think that's a totally fair and legitimate discussion to have. You're being laughed at because you genuinely believe these positions were invented by Bernie Sanders :"(

    Really?
Because i used the words "stolen from Bernie"?
That's just you jumping to conclusions without using the other half of your brain.
You can possess something like an idea, or s---, even a bicycle and not be the creator of it you know.

Politically expedient, ie: literally taking Bernies position on the left/right spectrum.
Those words work better for you? You mongoloid.

I think you're missing the point. No surprise. I own a pair of headphones, sitting right in front of me.
If someone were to break in to my house and take them.
They stole them from me, correct?

That is not the same thing as me being the sole inventor of said headphones.
    You with me?
    Again, you mongoloid.

First of all lets note the difference between opinions of citizens in normal everyday life and people running for political office to represent entire countries.

Second of all, if before you had that opinion i had the complete opposite opinion, and planned to introduce myself as someone who was on the middle when it comes to corruption in third world problems, then yes. I took something from you that i did not previously possess.
f--- you guys are insufferable. lmaoo

Nah f--- it stop overcomicating s--- the fact is there's a whole lot of issues politicians will have the same stance on doesn't mean anyone of them created that viewpoint. Not to mention you're actually talking about statistics which is even more r-----ed

Not sure what overcomicating means, but i am not "overcomicating" anything.
You're trying to argue that ideas and opinions are something that cannot be possessed or stolen without inventing it lol.
I literally never said he invented anything he has an opinion on.
I honestly don't know what you're talking about, how am i talking about statistics? I'm saying she is taking stances from Bernie, that she notices resonates with a lot of people. Opinions she did not have prior to Bernie, comprehend?

    I meant over complicating

If she's changing her views shouldn't you accuse her of flip flopping or whatever? Not "Taking stances from Bernie" you overcomicating son of a whor-
