good post. Thank you for giving me substance for a change.
Listen, I don't doubt your liberalism. You don't owe me an explanation as to why you prefer the moderate Hillary. It's cute of you to do that, but it's okay. Some people prefer her message and I don't take issue with that. If we're going to bring up the Daily News interview we can go there. That was a hatchet job from the start. But it shouldn't be ignored that the issue raised is a concern. He is by definition so far, a message candidate.

But when you go from that, to which I accept, to saying "cartoonishly optimist economics" and "woefully bad on foreign policy", I, and probably other Bernie supporters don't agree. Mr. Clintons secretary of Labor doesn't agree either. How someone, h---, anyone, that is so hawkish, responsible for Libya, I hate to mention Benghazi but, Benghazi, and voted for the Iraq war has the foresight (in your mind) to be considered "strong" on foreign policy is just as insane to me (and people like Tulsi Gabbard), as Sanders knowledge on foreign policy is to you. "Woefully bad" is strong, that's all.

I think you should consider why Hillary is doing so laughably bad with people aged 18-40, independents, strong liberals, Muslims, Asians, and soon to be Hispanics. h---, in blue states period.

how can you just dismiss that out-of-hand? lol. that's a legitimate charge, especially this week.
this is all very adorable and snarky of you but you've been likening hillary to neo-cons in here for weeks, so i think you need a reminder that lots of serious liberals don't take bernie seriously.
??? lololol what? how? they asked him to articulate his policy goals.

Oh that's right. Destroy Sanders and worry about party unity later. LMAO. good luck with that.

    the irony in this post...

hillary hasn't even gone negative on him. he's now on the stump calling her "unqualified" to be president. she's the presumptive nominee; it's on sanders to preserve party unity and deliver his voters to her.

How is this a legitimate charge, "especially this week"? You mean when Bernie won 50% of the woman vote in Wisconsin? It was childish, and I would think, past a Nobel-Prize winner. But I guess not.

Uhm, no I haven't'? You could be thinking of other people? I've said she was moderate. I know I've never used the term neo-con.

I'd hate to post a YouTube video. But there's a lot more to that story, from someone who was actually there. It's no coincidence MSM picked it up IMMEDIATELY. but i'll leave it at that. Unless you want to dig into it, which I can respond to tonight.

Clinton campaign said that immediately following Wisconsin. I did not make this up. It was a headline, lol.

She hasn't? Are we really going to pretend this to be true? She started the "unqualified" talk with her usual coy, underhanded remarks. She's been doing it since day one.

Way to just ignore the core arguments of my response to you though. This is why discussions with you never go anywhere mate. Gotta go good sir.

If only Sanders were as tough on Wall Street as Clinton will be and has been. To walking right into their office and tell them to "cut it out". He should have just told the Daily interviewer that. Worked for Hillary. lol.

It exists.. Now I didn't want to, I think there's nothing there, don't get me wrong. But whether you like it or not you're going to be hearing a LOT more about it in the general.

But out of that entire post.. that's what you decide to say. Okay...

So to be clear, it's a valid talking point for Bernie? Because republicans are going to concoct a false narrative about her record lol. "Okay..." Is right

I'm sure you've read @reservoirGod's posts demolishing the Benghazi "scandal"-- no there is there. Disappointed you went there though! Bernie is an old atheist socialist from VT- you're worried about Hillary in the general? Get real

the benghazi thing is a non-factor because the people who that actually is an issue to would never vote for her anyway lol

Last I checked I wasn't a spokesman for the Sanders campaign. Its a talking point because a----hat republicans will beat it to death in the general, and the discussion was (in that context) foreign policy electability. So it is relevant. Even if it is a false narrative. What does where he's from have to do with the general though? Also, atheist != agnostic. Talk about "going there". lol.

So does my logic of general election electability apply or not? You made fun of it, then used it with your atheist and socialist points. I'm confused.

Easy with the mental gymnastics. Talk about false equivalence. Bernie bros sheepishly vomiting up discounted republican conspiracies isn't valid -- particularly because Bernie has zero foreign policy experience lol. And yeah, I disputed your logic because your candidate is thoroughly unelectable. Can you imagine him in a general?

And I think @WPG put it well - the campaign is over. He's shifted the "tenor" of the debate. Now is he going to gracefully help her defeat trump or Cruz, or is he going to buckle down and play math voodoo about his chances? The time to coalesce is now.

The electability argument is over. I can't have it anymore. Its entire premise lies on hypotheticals. It's tiring. But I stand by my opinion.
You better hope Bernie decides to tell his supporters to back her though. He most likely will, but 25-35% of them already said they won't.
    Lmao. Touche' with the "tenor".
But I think if Hillary can win NY by over 6-7%. It's over. The math checks out if he can pull off an upset. But that's why they call it an upset, because it isn't likely.
