Jan 5, 2015 >makes a thread to a kid >get mad, post a gif and later go to cry to his bed repeating the same words: "I'm a good rapper, i don't sound gay, i'm a good rapper, i don't sound gay"
Jan 5, 2015 you cant accuse "stans" of having low intelligence when your spewing this s--- i mean calling reup an eminem album...
Jan 5, 2015 Koolo you better shut your mouth if you don't want to Charlie Work to record a diss and end your career, if you even have one fa----
Jan 5, 2015 True I won't judge future material off Solo XV songs but besides Fine Line, even these tracks were mediocre by "Eminem Standards". I was only going off Eminem interview, he himself said Re-Up was his only real studio activity from hiatus 2004-2009.
Jan 5, 2015 Let's see. Which "Eminem Standards"? What, for example, "Psycopath Killer" (besides a "choppy" flow) have that, for example, MMLP2 tracks doesn't have? You guys saying "Just because Eminem raps fast doesn't mean he is better" and everytime i see that type of comment i just give a facepalm. If they give something different to the usual "Young Thug/Young Money/Money s---" whatever the f--- usual slow flow yo guys call it fast? They even know what's fast in rapping means? Real "choppers" are for example Twista, Busta Rhymes, Twisted Insane, Crucified, Krazye Bone, etc, not f---ing Eminem. The only thing Eminem is doing is being as technical as he can be. And not, Charlie Work, being technical is not rhyming 2 words with other 2 words at the end of a line and put a s-----y pun. Eminem put work on everything: Cadence, flow in general, puns, rhyming, etc. That's the reason why some people doesn't like this new Eminem. lmao at people saying "I need to read the lyrics at Rap Genius to understand, Eminem sucks" when at the end of the day they don't give a f--- about the lyrics meanwhile it have a nice beat. The best thing about Rap is that: Rap. If you want to hear Trap beat go up and search "Trap music" on Youtube and enjoy.
Jan 5, 2015 You wish Eminem was ever as good as Wayne or Drake. They actually have flow and punchlines.
Jan 5, 2015 I was going off solo tracks but If your judging based on his top work (99-04), then yes XV material was sub-standard to quality Eminem material.Honestly for me it's MMLP>TES>SSLP>Recovery>Encore>MMLP2. And Relapse really shouldn't even be on the list for how many Dre beats were wasted with Em's horrible delivery/content.. I admit parts of XV leave you hopeful for the next project, but it's just like the majority all his Post-Hiatus music (Some scattered classic records but mainly average tracks with few redeemable glimpses of greatness or real music value).
Jan 5, 2015 Exactly. You don't even try to defend it. Typical cop out by a Stan. @Koolo This guy is trying to derail the thread.
Jan 5, 2015 Nick, Shady XV was a proyect to make some hype designed to the hardcore rap fans of Shady Records. The most soft thing you can found in the album is "Twisted", and is not even that soft. I am not comparing prime Em with modern Em. Prime Em is THE perfect rapper, and modern Em needs work in some things. But technically he is at the top right now. I am discussing that.
Jan 5, 2015 Not even top 10. Drake Big Daddy Kane MF DOOM Immortal Technique p---- C RZA Kendrick DMX Jadakiss Chamillionaire Lil Wayne All better and didn't rely on being le edgy for preteens.
