Aug 6, 2015 I've already gone on record summarizing your incessant, silly approach to debates. And essentially your qualm with my tactic: I rationally sum up something you've said, call you on it, then remind you you're being illogical/inane lol And yes I'll be your date to the yt ball, prns. I expect u to use your gift of gap to good use tho (find a girl, drunkenly make out with her while I take pix)
Aug 6, 2015 how is anything you did rational? >THESE TWO MOVIES ARE NOTHING ALIKE >I know, all I was referencing was MY reaction to both films and how they both seemed impressive technically more than anything else. >OH SO UR POINT IS ARBITARY CUZ IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH WHAT I THOUGHT IT DID >uh...leave me alone andy >you know im right you pleb!! have me back on ur show btw
Aug 6, 2015 narsh, ur a boy... im a man. ive schooled you again on your frivolous opinions and forced u to confront ur own mortality when u wanna come on @rapmusik, are these big words to u?
Aug 6, 2015 we all have to confront our mortality @ some point so i thank u for that u douche and idk im free this sunday but i also like to sleep
Aug 6, 2015 Mad Max: Fury Road is on another level. Probably the best action movie ever made, but time will tell on that front. By the way, WPG's opinion is complete s---. Here's his logic: Simple Plot = No Plot Female Characters Wear Revealing Clothing = Female Characters are Sexualized and Have No Agency Those were his criticisms. Therefore, he's an idiot. Fury Road's plot is one of the oldest plots in human history. Hero leaves home. Hero returns home. Simple as that and there's nothing wrong with it. His complaints about the wives really reveal himself to be a complete moron though. Sexualization isn't about what characters wear. It's about the camerawork. Anyone who paid attention to the movie knows that the camera did absolutely nothing to treat them as objects, unlike other movies that revel at panning over their bodies. Then add in the fact that the Wives were the ones to plan their own escape, his no agency argument is also complete bs. Stick to criticizing music, WPG. That's what you're good at. 1. Mad Max: Fury Road 2. Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation 3. Inside Out 4. Spring 5. Slow West
Aug 7, 2015 Let's be honest with ourselves and not act like it's out of the realm of possibility. Seriously, if you were to ask me to nominate one action movie of the past 15 years for the Best Action Movie Ever Made award, it would be this one. How is that even hard to believe? It shouldn't be to anyone with a fully functioning brain.
Aug 7, 2015 I haven't seen much at all. Still behind on last year as well. Ex Machina, Whiplash, and Going Clear were all pretty great in their own right. Kingsman left me numb. I feel like a curmudgeon for saying that. A couple of movies I want to see that nobody has mentioned yet: Muh arthouse cinema
Aug 7, 2015 Ok but I was saying it in reference to how a movie like Mad Max: Fury Road doesn't need to have a plot to be good
Aug 7, 2015 Indeed. If it didn't have a plot, it'd still be a good movie... but it does have a plot. Fury Road didn't need a complex plot to tell a great story.
Aug 7, 2015 to be clear to anyone who didn't spit water all over their keyboards when you called this the greatest action movie ever made: those are not my criticisms of the movie. go jack o-- in the shower.
