Also watching the last 2 seasons of BB and BB is underrated (because calling it anything other than unequivocally the best show ever made is underrating it)

As much as i wasnt entirely happy about the ending, it could've been worse. I don't understand why they had Saul gave up the 7 year deal for the reasons he did though. Dude could've just done the 7 then be able to see Kim more than one last time.
Prison makes sense though. Vince isnt one for happy endings. Walt died, Jesse got away, so this was the middle ground.
The series as a whole was great. Never knew i would enjoy learning Saul's backstory as much as I did.
^ There is no thinkable logical reason in terms of self-interest, but an obvious logical explanation is that he gave in to the sting of the social conscience. That and a foolish desire to believe in love. In other words he lost his nerve.
Surely they could have put their brains together and come up with a logical reason Saul would have taken the life sentence so that Kim wouldn’t go to jail, the way they did it was just corny tv bs
Ugh that was terrible. The whole redemption arc was painful to watch. You mean to tell me he's going to give up getting 7 years to getting life instead? Just over Kim getting sued because she's a dipshit and did what she knew she shouldn't? He could of done 7 years and financially supported her when he got out. The bus scene with all the inmates chanting "Better Call Saul" was very corny....There was one point early on I thought this might actually be on par with Breaking Bad, but this season really ruined everything
So f---ing dope at how they expanded the scene where they kidnapped Saul to make the appearance of Walt and "What's up fellow kids" Jesse natural. And I didn't even realize that Lalo and Ignacio's names where mentioned by Saul during Breaking Bad, that's f---ing insane that they made a full series about it.
Totally agree about Jeff. I pointed out in here that I think they changed the storyline to fit the new casting. OG Jeff was menacing and intimidating. This new guy is an easily manipulated twerp. Super strange to say the least.
