    good point, definitely lots of story with eladio and Salamanca family


    Huell such a great character. Underrated.

    there was a recent interview Giancarlo Esposito did...sounded like a hint of possible spin-off lol he would also be in the Salamanca and Eladio story too...

    Eiher way hope it’s not the end of Breaking Bad series

    Great cliff hanger. This is going to be a long wait. So Nacho dead, Howard dead. Now we just need to find out the fate of Lalo and Kim with only 6 episodes left. It's going to be a roller coaster!

    The scene of Jimmy mentioning Lalo on BB suggests he is still alive. I think they will go another route and the emphasising of Gus being a step ahead of him all the time probably has something to do with his ending


    h--- of a episode and this series is all ready ahead of BB for me with how this season has been. Was 50/50 but d---, this season has surpassed it for me. Mid season break is lame but if it was due to Bobs heart attack then fair enough but meh.

    I swear to God I must've paused like 5-6 times after Lalo walked in Kim and Jimmy's apartment. I knew which way it was going but I just kept wishing things would turn out differently. Easily the most tragic and the most undeserved death of a major character in the series so far. I hope things go awry for Kim from here on cause I'd love to see her character suffer now lmao, she's partly responsible for this. Great episode overall

    Yeah, the scenes with his wife was pretty, big foreshadowing for what’s to come for him. Kim going to break bad next week for sure.

    My predictions:
    They'll try and convince Howard that Jimmy bribed the judge with the 20K (that Howard's PI mentions). The drugs might be used to medically validate Howard's cocaine abuse. d---, I'm really rooting for Howard here instead of Saul and Kim. He's probably the nicest of the lot here and doesn't deserve what might come to him but from the looks of it, his married life might suffer. As for the Lalo storyline, it is moving too slow which makes me think that the cliff-hanger would be regarding Lalo, so they can keep people engaged. As for Kim, I think by prioritising the scheme over the meeting with the foundation, makers have implied that she's in it for the thrill and not primarily for setting up her pro-bono work. Can see things going down-hill for either Kim or Howard, or both.

    I think for me that it’s clear that Kim survives Better Call Saul timeline, and her story will conclude how she is behind the scenes in Breaking Bad and probably soon to find out with the Gene timeline. Doesn’t make sense for Jimmy’s character in BB that she has a bad ending or is killed off as he cares cares and loves her so much, would affect him greatly to be the opposite of Saul’s character. His character just wouldn’t make sense in BB when it seems to me, that she is slowly manipulating him to to being the BB Saul

    I hope they do an extensive interview about this when all is said done because I'm so curious how far in advance they knew what the Gene ending was gonna be (or at least a general sense)

    Does anyone know if someone is writing a retrospective book to coincide with the 10th anniversary of the BB finale next year? The Sopranos and Wire ones were fantastic so I'm hoping they do one for BB too.

    h--- of series and episode. Not big fan on prequels as you know where the narrative is going but the writing and direction always make this series sit on your edge seat kind of stuff. Look forward to how it all connects and concludes.

    I never thought Chuck loved Jimmy. He's just an envious prick because Jimmy has what Chuck has always lacked: Charisma.
    People, including their own mother, always loved Jimmy more because he's likeable and he couldn't stand it. How could people not prefer the always-prepared and smart Chuck?. I've had people like that in my life so it's relatable.

    Yeah I changed my mind on that lmao, that was very early on in the series and I completely forgot that Howard was just a proxy for Chuck in terms of turning him away from HHM over and over. Howard is def a chipper lil douche (moreso to Kim than to Jimmy honestly) but he's not arrogant in the same sense that Chuck is.
