    It was at least well executed for what they did. Once he shot down Gus’ remaining guards I couldn’t stop thinking “please don’t let Lalo go down due to hubris” so at least they had him filming his investigation as reasoning, he really did need to get that proof for Eladio and he knew exactly how much time he had. That’s how good this show is, that detail >>

    I don't think she'll die. They've already killed two major non-Breaking Bad characters. Lalo has to bite the dust too (until they pull off something else). In that case, Kim should get a different ending. I think Jimmy and Kim will have a fallout, due to Kim hiding about Lalo probably and Howard's death. Nonetheless, neither do I see Kim having a happy ending after Howard's death, nor does she deserve one

    Exactly. Saul says s--- like that all the time kinda like the scumbag lawyer version of dad jokes, totally in character. And 100% the little details really are what make this universe so vibrant and intriguing to the point that I actively want another spin-off show. For any other show like the wire or sopranos I'd say h--- no to a spin-off at this point but they've proven themselves tenfold. Like @JFK said we're on Breaking Bad season 11 and no tv shows keep this quality for this amount of time.

    That monologue is easily one of the greatest things to come out of the show. Maan, Ignacio Varga, what a f---ing beast!! Really didn't want him to die but it is what it is. As for his father, we know Mike's true to his word and is willing to go all out for him. We know all other characters who might go after his father die before Mike in Breaking Bad, hence I think he'll survive. Maybe, Mike and Gus will send him to Manitoba with that ID Mike took from Nacho's safe.

    The scene implies he thinks both Lalo and Nacho are still alive. It’s pretty hard to imagine Lalo, Gus and Nacho all surviving and obviously Gus doesn’t die so I’d guess Lalo is gonna die without Saul knowing and Nacho will either ride off into the sunset with his Dad or die too.

    A salamanca spinoff would be incredible

    h--- yea. When he first appeared on the show I was annoyed cause it was taking away from the Gus/Hector beef, but holy s--- he's become amazing. I wonder what happens with him and Nacho.

    From breaking bad you see Saul is still bugging out about Lalo so he's either still alive or at least Saul thinks he's still alive. Hopefully Mike is able to get Nacho and his dad out. I want a Salamanco spinoff that just deals with the Mexican side of s---.

    yeah I don't think Walt was entirely evil to start (or even at the end, he did care about people just not as much as he cared about power), but he was definitely an a------ who was unhappy with his life and felt like the universe wronged him specifically cuz of his ego. Not even the cancer (which would understandably make someone feel that way), just like his job and family life. He felt like he was above teaching high school—which I mean, skill- and intelligence-wise, sure, but I always had a few teachers who seemed too smart to be teaching public high school but they did it anyway because they liked it...there's no inherent shame in being a teacher but I'm sure it is draining to get paid pennies to help make sure next generation of kids aren't too dumb to function in society. When I rewatched BB for the first time one of the first things I noticed was how much of a dickhead Walter was from the start, cancer or no cancer. But to be fair I haven't rewatched Saul at all.

    so am I but I'd be more annoyed I'd have to wait months to watch it while avoiding this thread and social media. This season is also split so they're taking a break after the 7th episode until July
