Apr 17, 2022 oh yeah i can get it that way. I’m willing to pay for s--- if these platforms make it easy ie putting it on a reasonable streaming service not f---ing amc+. Their partnership with netflix on this and the way they have dealt with it on streaming seems like a massive bag f--- up on both AMC and BCS’ parts
Apr 18, 2022 Spoiler Holy s--- this show is great. Never got to see how rich Saul was when he got caught up until now. The Nacho/Lalo story is absolutely the most exciting part. They really f----- Nacho over. Seasons gonna be nuts
Apr 19, 2022 Spoiler Lalo is such a good villain, it’s ridiculous. I thought for sure they were gonna k--- Nacho before the end but after seeing him drive through the cousins’ gunshots I doubt he’s dying now.
Apr 19, 2022 Spoiler h--- yea. When he first appeared on the show I was annoyed cause it was taking away from the Gus/Hector beef, but holy s--- he's become amazing. I wonder what happens with him and Nacho. From breaking bad you see Saul is still bugging out about Lalo so he's either still alive or at least Saul thinks he's still alive. Hopefully Mike is able to get Nacho and his dad out. I want a Salamanco spinoff that just deals with the Mexican side of s---.
Apr 19, 2022 Spoiler The scene implies he thinks both Lalo and Nacho are still alive. It’s pretty hard to imagine Lalo, Gus and Nacho all surviving and obviously Gus doesn’t die so I’d guess Lalo is gonna die without Saul knowing and Nacho will either ride off into the sunset with his Dad or die too. A salamanca spinoff would be incredible
Apr 19, 2022 Spoiler It's hard to tell what he's implying about Nacho. He's blaming him but he's not talking about him in the present. Gus obviously wants him and his dad dead. I could see Mike faking that call just to f--- up Tyrus and taking off trying to get Nacho himself.
Apr 21, 2022 I wonder why they're splitting the season in two with such a short break in between. I know they usually do two-part seasons that are really just two separate seasons to extend the life/ad money/marketing of the show another year + lock actors into a contract so they can't ask for a raise before the final season but it seems pointless to divide into 6A and 6B with only a 6 week break in between. That's a pretty normal mid-season break for network tv shows that don't advertise as Part 1 and Part 2. I guess it doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things but I've never really seen that happen before
Apr 21, 2022 I had figured they were trying to avoid Memorial Day and July 4th. Plus, pausing on a cliff hanger will make more people talk about it I guess
Apr 21, 2022 Word I didn't think about that, makes sense. also I guess separating it as part 1 and part 2 makes it feel like there's more content too
Apr 21, 2022 Yeah David Chase straight up said that he considers 6B season 7, he refers it as such in that sopranos retrospective book (great read for anyone who's a fan of the show). Which makes sense cuz Sopranos 6B premiered over a year after 6A premiered. With BCS it's a very short break between part 1 and part 2 so why even designate it part 2? Just semantics and marketing I suppose as others have said This is the book for anyone interested—there's an essay on every single episode and a super long Q&A with David Chase that goes through every single season
Apr 21, 2022 also btw if you're looking for an easy place to stream you can get a 7 day free trial of Fubo or Philo. Just make sure you cancel it before the 7 day trial is up if you do Fubo cuz they do that bs thing where you lose access if you cancel rather than it auto canceling after the trial is done. Dunno if Philo does that but I'll prob use it for the next couple eps. Or just torrent lol
