Sep 4, 2020 I mean tonally, just the exact style. So like, 'You Gon Learn' and 'Farewell' are very different flows right. But his tone, his vocal tone, his rap tone... is very similar. MMLP2 feels so uneven, one reason, due to the fact you have 'Rhyme or Reason' (nasal bounce) vs. 'The Monster' (gruff). And then the musical difference of course. I just mean you can't have tonal shifts like this. Ruins the album.

I can understand everything, I didn't catch every single word yet but that's part of the fun! Why the f--- do some people want s--- TOOOO BBBEEEE SIMMMMPPPPLE OKKKKAYYY RAPPPPP ALOOOONNNG NOOWW. Once you unravel it, like with Relapse... then it is demistifyed anyway. But initially, the fun is 'ooh, wtf is this'

Sep 4, 2020 It’d be easy to say Eminem has the best verse. But, for me, I just wasn’t aware of who was who besides Royce, Sean, and Kash doll because she was the only female. Those three just stuck out and Em is just technically better. Basically, he had the best verse by default. Lol I’m not mad at Sean though. And of course Royce did his thing but, yeah. To me by default Em just had the better verse. Wasn’t really a debate.

Sep 4, 2020 Yeah not gonna lie it felt like a bit of a chore to get all the way to Em’s verse, apart from Sean & Royce who killed it Em is really great here & I feel like he’s finally found his new style that fits with the current times. His features since Revival have been so, so good. Next album which should be coming quite soon, could be something special. I’m still so shocked at how he still impresses me after over 20 years of rapping Bring on the new album
