Off the top of my head, Louisville losing to Rutgers by a field goal at the very end in 2006. The lone loss that season, and ruined a chance of going to the BCS national championship game.

Europa league final lost to Porto.

We had our best team ever but Porto had one of their best too, Hulk, James Rodríguez, Falcao, Moutinho, Fernando etc

The most disappointing moment for Ronaldo was his loss in the FIFA World Cup.
