I've conceded that I agree with the separation of special interest groups and unchecked corporate donations to political figures campaigns. I'll admit when I've been swayed but you can't even put together a coherent point. What arguments have you even made?

Which I assume would be more protests, civil disobedience etc. like they have been doing.

You don't believe our government discriminates against African-Americans? You don't believe being born black in this country puts you at a disadvantage despite all of the statistics? Being much more likely to be shot by police, stopped and incarcerated. Having far less opportunities: less school funding, not enough money to go to college, less places of employment.

Regan and Bush both paid reparations to Japanese-Americans for the United States government's actions against their ancestors during WW2. I believe it was something along the lines of $20,000 for every family who had a ancestor put in a concentration camp. Keep in mind, these reparations were given 30+ years after the fact so i'm sure you had people arguing the same thing. "I didn't put them in concentration camps, why do I have to pay?" There's a precedent for it so I can understand why this is one of their demands. I wouldn't be mad if some sort of reparations were paid to those with proven blood lines with slaves.

They're to many police officers in this country as is. A reallocation of funds I assume would also mean a reduction in the number of police officers. There's no correlation between the # of officers and crime rate so it'd be a better use of the money anyway. I don't think funds would be relocated to the point where "inmates run the asylum."

Well, isn't that the whole reason we're having this discussion to begin with? A group of disenfranchised people are trying to improve a system they feel is against them. Getting rid of bad law/practices is the whole point. Claiming they "chose to break the law" so it's irrelevant if the laws are good or bad is a very privileged point of view.

You keep referring to people giving up their property but that's not what they're asking for? The "right to restored land" portion of their demand refers to them having control of what's being dumped in their communities. Black people are more likely to live by hazardous waste so they want more control over the decision-making of what gets dumped in their communities.

What? They want more residential involvement in who's policing their community. I don't necessarily agree with them being able to directly control who gets hired/fire but their should 100% be more residential involvement. I mentioned a civilian review board earlier. Btw is referring to BLM as "criminals" supposed to be some fear mongering tactic?

Schools in African-American communities are tremendously underfund. These under funded schools are more prone to privatization where not only is cost a problem but also parents and teachers tend to be pushed out of the decision making process. That's why it's a demand.

BLM doesn't support or encourage the killing of police officers. People who were practicing civil disobedience I think should be released. Do you think the black people who participated in sit-ins during the civil rights era should have stayed in jail?

You would literally have to convince every employer in the nation to just disregard criminal history.
